Our wide range of active recovery techniques have been developed by our doctors to benefit athletes of all levels and ages. We view a rest day as a chance to provide an active body with the essentials it needs to enhance overall health and sustain peak performance.

We offer multiple recovery techniques for athletes of all types; such as IV hydration, cryotherapy, compression therapy, TENS stimulation, percussion therapy, and assisted stretching.

Cryotherapy (Penguin)

Cryotherapy is the science of exposing parts of the body to sub-zero temperatures in order to stimulate physical health benefits. It reduces inflammation in the area by boosting an anti-inflammatory chemical.

Compression Therapy

Pneumatic compression therapy is a common treatment to help improve circulation. 97% of American professional sport teams use this technology to enhance their athletes’ recovery. The improvement in blood flow has been shown to decrease muscle soreness after strenuous activity.

Electrical Stimulation (TENS)

Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) is a method of pain relief involving the use of a mild electrical current. By adjusting the rate and intensity of the current, this treatment can also be used to create strong muscle twitches. This helps to clear waste products through the circulatory and lymphatic system.

Percussion Therapy

Percussion therapy involves the use of a handheld device that delivers rapid pulses of pressure to targeted areas of the body. This technique is designed to help relax tense muscles, improve blood flow, alleviate soreness, and enhance recovery after physical activity. Whether you are an athlete or not, percussive therapy offers many benefits.

Testosterone Replacement

Iron Courts Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) is a medical treatment designed to replenish and optimize testosterone hormone levels experiencing deficiencies or imbalances.

Assisted Stretching

One-on-one assisted stretching promotes recovery by improving flexibility, mobility, and motor control. Tightness and pain can be relieved by an experienced practitioner who understands muscle imbalances and can help you by improving performance and decreasing your risk of injury.

Sports Medicine

We offer evaluations that focus on improving your quality of life and getting you back to doing the things you love. These include nutrition evaluations, body composition tests (InBody), and injury evaluations.

This custom 1-hour session is designed to help you optimize all aspects of recovery and reach your goals faster! After an assessment with our Recovery Specialist, you will receive a personal recovery program addressing your unique needs with evidence-based recommendations.

A Custom Iron Recovery session also includes 30-minutes of Recovery services. This is a great option for:
